Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right. In these cases, Craft Lab 3D will cover any necessary return or replacement shipping costs.
